Celebrate 25 Years of the Smithsonian Asian Pacific American Center!

Help us reach our goal of raising $5,000 in honor of Asian Pacific American Heritage Month!

All money raised during May will support our vast educational offerings. Together, we can amplify the voices and stories of Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders nationwide!

Through innovative programming, thought-provoking webinars, and free educational resources, the Smithsonian Asian Pacific American Center (APAC) serves as a dynamic national resource for discovering why the Asian American and Pacific Islander experience matters every day, everywhere and all the time.

But we cannot do it alone.

By giving to APAC this May, you are supporting our much-needed educational programs, initiatives, and resources.

  • The National Education Program works with educators to develop materials and resources that reflect the rapidly changing and complex narrative that is Asian Pacific America.
  • Our Stories Digital Storytelling Initiative (Kō Kākou Mo’olelo) harnesses the power of media arts to support, present and amplify Pacific Island and Pacific Islander stories around the world.
  • Webinars such as We are not a stereotype break down harmful Asian Pacific American biases.

To increase our impact and extend our reach, APAC needs your help now!
